Important notes for travelers booking consecutive rooms or entire buildings

Standardized Contract for Individual Traveler Bookings

Traveler Name (hereinafter referred to as Party A) Hotel, Inn, or B&B Name (hereinafter referred to as Party B)

1. When accepting a booking from Party A, Party B shall confirm the accommodation period, room type, number of rooms, and room rate, and shall notify Party A in accordance with Article 1. No changes may be made without Party A's consent.

2. A deposit of NT$ (not exceeding 30% of the total agreed room rate, but for bookings of three or more consecutive holidays, the deposit may be increased to 50% of the total agreed room rate)

I. If Party A's cancellation notice arrives at least fourteen days prior to the booking date, Party A may request a 100% refund of the deposit.

II. If Party A's cancellation notice arrives between ten and thirteen days prior to the booking date, Party A may request a 70% refund of the deposit. III. If Party A's cancellation notice arrives between the seventh and ninth day prior to the scheduled accommodation date, Party A may request Party B to refund 50% of the deposit already paid.

IV. If Party A's cancellation notice arrives between the fourth and sixth day prior to the scheduled accommodation date, Party A may request Party B to refund 40% of the deposit already paid.

V. If Party A's cancellation notice arrives between the second and third day prior to the scheduled accommodation date, Party A may request Party B to refund 30% of the deposit already paid.

VI. If Party A's cancellation notice arrives on the first day prior to the scheduled accommodation date, Party A may request Party B to refund 20% of the deposit already paid.

VII. If Party A's cancellation notice arrives on the scheduled accommodation date or is not a cancellation notice, Party B may not refund the full deposit already paid by Party A.
